Job summary

We are looking to appoint into our Senior Administrator. Supporting the Patient Experience Director, Head of Participation, Involvement and Experience and the wider Participation, Involvement and Experience team.

You will be part of a team that covers an administrative support to service user and carer experience, volunteering and citizen involvement through participation in ways such as our Service User and Carer Council.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an experienced and credible administrator who can support the senior leadership team with accurate, prompt and highly efficient secretarial / administrative support. This will include providing and receiving information, which is sometimes complex and sensitive, to a range of staff internally and external to our Trust.

You will be the first port of call for for incoming enquiries and queries and will be expected to take clear messages ensuring that internal and external people wanting to engage with the team are well supported.

This role will include managing inboxes, internal and external meetings, and to ensure agendas, minutes and associated paperwork are distributed to meeting delegates within required timescales.
