Job summary
We are delighted to be recruiting a Mental Health Nurse to join our Central Norfolk Early Intervention in Psychosis Team on a six month secondment. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join us as a Band 5 Lead Care Professional, due to a bespoke position becoming available on a secondment basis. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a minimum of a years post-registration experience and is passionate about improving services for those experiencing First Episode Psychosis (FEP) aged 14-65.
This presents an ideal opportunity for a somebody to become a member our well established, experienced, service and we look forward to welcoming people with an interest in joining us in our vision to provide good quality, person-centred care to people experiencing (FEP).
Successful applicants will become a part of a highly skilled and experienced team delivering targeted interventions . Previous experience of working with Psychosis would be advantageous but is not essential.

Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit a motivated mental health nurse to be part of our multi-disciplinary team who provide practical, emotional, therapeutic and medical support to people experiencing First Episode Psychosis.
You will be the lead care professional, working alongside a senior practitioner, to support a capped caseload of people by delivering NICE concordant care.
Staff well-being is integral part of our service line and there are opportunities for CPD development, specialist training, supervision, support from experienced colleagues and to be involved in the development of a service that wants to make a difference to people's lives.
