Senior Mental Health Nurse - Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team with *£3000 welcome bonus!*

Our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment team based in Great Yarmouth are seeking dedicated, confident nurses to join their expanding team as Senior Mental Health Nurses.
You'll be covering a beautiful coastal area, from North Norfolk down to Southwold; where you can expect big stretches of sandy beaches, lovely seaside towns and friendly villages. We are lucky to have some highly recommended schools in the area and our locality is recognised as a great place to raise a family. There's also lots of independent cafes, restaurants and shops throughout the coastal towns and plenty of activities to enjoy on your days off.
Within this role you can expect to be carrying out emergency assessments from Community Teams, GP's and A&E Out of Hours in view of gate-keeping possible admissions, ongoing care or referral to external teams. We also visit Service Users at home to plan and implement care packages.
You will be able to work flexibly as our service covers 24 hours 7 days a week. Although you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, there will be elements of lone working.
Main duties of the job
Our team is unique; we are integrated with the inpatient ward and our day-care facilities to allow for a partial hospitalisation service which enhances and supports patient centred care. Being integrated also means that there is a smooth transition throughout our services to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care in a seamless service.
The post will sits under the Great Yarmouth & Waveney Acute Mental Health Services which is a really supportive and progressive locality.
