Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Digital Learning Specialist to join our team for a fixed term period to cover maternity leave.
As part of the IT Training Team, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of a range of digital products and resources for clinical and business systems and other services to support the business of the Trust and its external customers. You will be required to ensure the content of digital resources is of a high standard to meet the national and local standards and is appropriate to meeting staff training needs, including accessibility and inclusivity wherever possible, through quality checking and monitoring processes.
Main duties of the job
Significant responsibilities of this role will be to maintain the e-Learning and digital resource information for Trust staff, including user accounts, allocating modules and courses, updating information, and running and printing reports will include planning, designing and delivery of a variety of training courses, associated training materials and training videos whilst striving for continuous improvement in line with the Trust's values and behaviours.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels is essential.
