Secure Services provides assessment and treatment for male adults who are experiencing acute mental health problems and have physical health complexities. The service is recovery focused utilising a range of treatment, therapy and support in order to help our service users return to well-being and independence.
Main duties of the job
You will need to be enthusiastic and conscientious and do everything you can to provide the best care to our service users. We are looking for someone who displays compassion, empathy and is sensitive in your approach to people who may be distressed or have a challenging manner.

About us
Foxhall House is a mental health inpatient unit situated at the St Clements hospital site . The ward provides assessment and treatment services for acute mental disorders and rehabilitation including depression, bipolar, psychosis, dementia and crisis resolution, specifically for male adult service users.
Our primary focus is on collaborative working; placing great emphasis on the assessment/recovery model. Many aspects relating to service user recovery is reflected within the assessment tools the patients and staff use and the philosophy that underpins patient centred care.
Our staff support network includes protected time and unit wellbeing sessions. You will be given regular supervision and have an opportunity to use the onsite gym. There are excellent developmental opportunities should you wish to progress.
