Secure and Forensic Services provide community and inpatient care to adult men and women who, as a possible consequence of their mental health needs, have come into contact with the criminal justice system.

At Northside House, we have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Nurse to join our Drayton Ward team. Drayton Ward has sixteen beds for male patients with a diagnosis of functional mental ill health who require a specialist level of assessment, care and treatment. We have a skilled, diverse and welcoming team of staff on the ward, and work with more such people across the onsite multidisciplinary teams.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team planning patient management and care pathways. They will be responsible for direct delivery of patient care both individually and by delegation to colleagues.
As a named nurse you will ensure accurate mental health clustering is carried out on admission and discharge, and for completion of reports for patient Reviews.
