We are excited to have an opportunity for a professional practitioner to join our newly established team in Great Yarmouth.

You must be able to demonstrate a warm, compassionate and needs-led approach to working with our service users.

The role includes multi-agency working alongside existing local outreach teams, primary care sector, social care and voluntary services to ensure service users' needs are best met.

As part of this team, responsibilities would include undertaking assessments, working collaboratively with individuals and other supporting agencies to manage needs, as well as holding a caseload.

Main duties of the job

We are confident that being part of our team would enable you to be the practitioner you trained, and would like, to be.

This role will give you the time and facilities to make a difference. You will have the ability to offer person-centered care while building trusting relationships to increase engagement with individuals who are currently sleeping rough.

In turn we will provide you with regular clinical and management supervision with an emphasis on reflective practise. We hold a strong belief in team and individual development. We provide a full induction program and have extensive training and career development that can be accessed across our Trust.

About us

Here at NSFT we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, talented, friendly and supportive team who like nothing better than sharing experiences and learning from each other. In addition to ongoing training and development opportunities, we are committed to providing an environment in which you can thrive.

Why work for us? We have challenges as a Trust, but we have ambitious aspirations, are pushing ahead with exciting transformation work and we need dedicated individuals to support us on our journey. We have strong, established nursing networks coupled with an exceptional leadership team who will ensure you are truly cared for and cared about.

Why Norfolk and Suffolk? The people here are warm and welcoming, you'll never be far from the beautiful coastline or Broads National Park. We're an hour and a half away from London and have an international airport in Norwich too. Our villages, towns and cities are packed full of history, independent cafes, shops and theatres. We have excellent shopping, eating out, top ranking schooling and affordable house prices too.
