Job summary
My name's Keir Brisbane and I am the new Service Manager for the Youth Service.
In our service we support young people (aged 14-25 years) who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. We have enthusiastic and skilled staff who provide the support that is needed - and they are motivated to make a real difference to young people, their families and carers.

We are thrilled to be recruiting an Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist to take a leading role within our North Youth Team.
We are particularly interested in receiving applications from those with a background in mental health contexts.
Main duties of the job
The role is based at 80 St Stephens, Norwich.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within the Youth team, you will be an experienced Nurse, who acting within their own professional boundaries will provide care for presenting service users from initial history taking, assessment, diagnostics, treatment and evaluation of care.
The post holder will be able to demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will also work with the medical team to meet the needs of the service users and provide clinical professional nurse leadership to the nursing teams.
Your work will include parents, teachers, and other professionals, to build families' capacity to manage mental health problems.
- Offer line management and clinical supervision to other nursing colleagues and case managers.
- Non-medical prescribing qualification.
