Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic admin manager to lead our administrative teams across the division in providing a high-quality administration support service to both clinical and managerial teams.
This post will have a direct impact on patient experience and outcome and the role is essential to the functioning of the services.
You will work as part of a Suffolk wide team with clinical staff to ensure we deliver the highest standards of administrative support possible.
You will also be responsible for overseeing governance arrangements within the service (including records/complaints/incident management), supporting data and performance management within the admin team, IT services (including digital dictation/EPR, etc), and local induction procedures.
Main duties of the job
Co-ordinate the administrative function within directorate to deliver an efficient and effective service that supports clinical service delivery, service management, service users and carers.
Provide training and ongoing support and development to team members you oversee including clinical systems.
Manage staff and resources effectively employing high quality staff management and leadership principles for staff development, professional standards, communication, and appraisals.
Represent the service line at appropriate Trust-wide meetings as appropriate to role.
