Job summary
We are looking to recruit an extremely professional, conscientious and confident Data Analyst to become part of the Business Support Team for the Specialist Services Care Group.
We rely on data, so you must be both reactive and proactive in managing reports for use by managers and the Business Support team. You will need to engage and support clinicians, administrators and managers, you will be the lead for a number of reporting profiles.
Do you have excellent communications skills and a keen eye for detail? The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities? Do you have experience of managing detailed complex information and maintaining a strong degree of confidentiality?
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a candidate who has a good level of MS Excel, they will be able to process reports provided by the Business Support Managers and act on any discrepancies. A good knowledge of Pivot Tables and the ability to present data in an easy-to-read format is essential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.

- This is a full time position 37.5 hours per week
Essential criteria:
Use of ICT applications/packages. Experience of working in a busy environment. Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft packages particularly Excel.
An understanding of Trust Standards and KPI's will be essential.
