This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fabulous team working within medicine and urgent care. You will be responsible for continually improving the quality of services to patients, and redesigning services to meet best practice standards.
You will be a visible leader and provide direction to the services within your portfolio, working in collaboration with clinical lead and matron lead colleagues, as well as other directorate manager colleagues from across the trust. You will be responsible and accountable for the overall management of the services within the directorate. You will develop the strategy for the directorate, playing a key role in identifying opportunities for innovation and modernisation and leading programmes of transformation. You will be responsible for the delivery of all directorate objectives and performance targets, across all 4 quadrants of People, Quality, Operational Performance and Finance, ensuring the service we offer to patients is of the highest quality, safety and efficiency.
