Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust and Stockport NHS Foundation Trust work in partnership to deliver high-quality hospital and community services across Tameside, Glossop, Stockport, East Cheshire and the High Peak. Together, we support adults and children through a wide range of care, aiming to improve health outcomes and address wider determinants of health through deep collaboration with our partners.

This approach strengthens integrated community-based care, reduces inequalities, and helps people live healthier, more independent lives.
