A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for individuals to join the team within the Elective Services Division as a Clinical Support Worker.
Under the direction of the Sister/Charge Nurse you will help us to ensure that we provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment for our patients.
You will need to possess good communication and interpersonal skills. A polite and courteous manner towards patients and relatives will be essential for this role, together with your ability to work under pressure, as part of a team as well as organising your own workload.
Previous hospital experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided to ensure you have the skills required to fulfil the position.

Please note that whilst the trust does offer sponsorship this role isunfortunately not eligible for visa sponsorshipunder the UK Health and Care Worker visa route. This is due to the position not meeting theminimum salary threshold of £25,000 per annumand/or the requiredskill levelset by UK Visas and Immigration.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work under the direct supervision of registered health care professional and assistthe healthcare team with personal care delivery of a defined group of patients and a range of clinicalduties/ tasks, always ensuring that actions taken are undertaken by the individual followingappropriate training and within their sphere of competence
