Sister/Charge Nurse Band 6 Part Time, Permanent

Ward 44 is a Care of the Elderly ward caring for patient who have a range of medical conditions. The successful candidate will be part of an integrated service working alongside the specialist teams.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work closely with and support the department/ward manager and multi-disciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care, staff and service development within the department/ward environment. The post holder will supervise junior qualified and/or unqualified staff including student nurses whilst maintaining a safe working environment.
