An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and well-motivated person who is willing to play an integral role in supporting and training Trust staff on Trust applications as part of the Clinical Systems Training Team.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for creating digital learning content (Adobe Captivate) and training clinical and non-clinical staff in their own workplace, in a classroom setting and via MS Teams.

Working as a member of the Clinical Informatics Training Team, the post holder will be responsible for creating digital learning content (Adobe Captivate) and training clinical and non-clinical staff in their own workplace, in a classroom setting and via MS Teams.

This will include the planning and organisation of courses, creation and development of training packages and resources. The delivery of training will take place in various environments such as classroom and clinical areas along with other ways as appropriate. Documentation and evaluation of the training provided is a key task. The postholder will receive full training before they are expected to deliver training sessions and will be supported at all times where required.

You will need to have the ability to work as a keen team member and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Having an understanding of clinicians and other health care providers' roles would be an advantage.
