Children's Complex Needs Nurse - 20 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the ISCAN team (integrated service for children with additional needs) As a Children's Complex Needs Nurse you will undertake various clinical and non-clinical roles within a variety of settings, including clinics, specialist schools and children's homes.

Main duties of the job
You will be part of a small nursing team contributing to health needs assesments, promoting health and wellbeing, and actively promoting immunisation programmes. You will work in partnership with specialist school staff to ensure that children and young people safety attend school irrespective of their additional health needs.
You will work in line with all policies that promote safeguarding for children, the healthy child programme and earlyhelp.
