The post holder will work as part of the team within the Emergency Department, assisting in administrative and general care duties as specified below, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The post holder will have a requirement to be competent in a broad range of work activities, with an amount of agreed autonomy, providing some guidance and supervision to Health care assistants.
The role including performing additional skills such as venepuncture, cannulation, minor injuries and performing ECG's.
