The role includes managing specialist equipment, supporting programme planning and capacity forecasting, and ensuring training remains current with national guidance and evolving operational requirements.

As an integral member of the Special Operations education team, you will provide coaching and professional support to staff, contribute to curriculum quality assurance, and engage with regional and national forums. You will help strengthen partnerships with external agencies and education providers, promoting interoperability and consistent, high-quality specialist training across the wider system.
