Job summary
The Clinical Delivery team are looking for a highly motivated individual with supporting evidence-based knowledge and experience to join our Integrated Contact Centre (ICC). This role will provide support and leadership to a multi-disciplinary team. Applicants will be expected to quickly adapt to current ICC policies, procedures and systems currently in place. A desire to support and lead an expanding workforce through change is essential.
The role will provide 24-hour cover across Clinical Delivery within the NWAS ICC footprint with the expectation for the successful post holder to travel across all ICC sites as required to provide presence and support as needed.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to provide visible leadership to a multi-disciplinary team. As part of the Clinical Delivery team, you will be expected to demonstrate flexibility, approachability and the passion to coach staff whilst delivering and encouraging the Trusts strategies and values. The post holder will ensure that their team has access and education and support to meet Trust targets and expectations.
As a Clinical Delivery Team Manager, you will have significant responsibilities for your team's wellbeing including development and education, sickness and absence management, conducting monthly 1-2-1's, delivering KPI'S and guiding staff through Performance Management Plans as required.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24 hour, 365 days a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport.
Our highly skilled staff provide life-saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed.We also provide non-emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non-emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.
Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident.
We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West. NHS 111 replaced NHS Direct in 2013. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England. It provides non-emergency medical help fast, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
