Job summary
  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the therapy team across the intermediate care and community bed based services.
We have a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and training. If you are successful you will be supported to develop professionally as well as provided with regular supervision to support your development and well being.
The job will involve 7 day working depending on the needs of the service.
  Main duties of the job
  As a member of the wider MDT you will work alongside and support specialist therapy staff in transporting patients to and from destinations, providing support to therapists in rehabilitating the patients across the bed based units.
The purpose of this role is to support the therapist(s) to ensure the patients receive the best care possible.
Completing patient visits with the therapists and leading on visits , where it is appropriate as instructed by therapists.
Preparing the vehicle for use.
Undertaking administrative tasks related to the workload
Supporting with access.
