1 x 18 hours and 1 x 19.5 hours
An opportunity has arisen for part time Phlebotomists to join the team at the Royal Bolton Hospital. Phlebotomy experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
A full driving licence is desirable.
Main duties of the job
You will work as part of a close knit professional team of 20 phlebotomists. The job involves taking blood samples from patients (adults/children) for analysis in the Laboratory Medicine Department. After a period of assessment you will be working on a rota basis in the hospital wards and outpatients departments which may include weekends. You may also be required to work at GP surgeries.
