The BCSP Administrative Officer will be required to facilitate and support the day to day administrative functions of the Bolton Bowel Cancer Screening Team, ensuring a qualitative and responsive service is maintained to support the effectiveness of the overall programme.

About us
The Bowel Cancer Screening Programme Administrative Officer will have collective oversight of the administrative service.
Work to support the Capacity Co-ordinator in the organisation of the service and ensure a qualitative and responsive provision is maintained, to support the effectiveness of the programme and have supervisory responsibility for the junior administration team.
Actively using initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure that patients are booked in line with local, programme and national Access targets, and to ensure that all clinic appointments are used.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting other team members to deliver the programmes targets and a patient focused booking service using direct and partial booked appointment, monitoring waiting lists and cancellations and co-ordinating the utilisation of clinic slots.
