Full time 37.5 hours per week. Permanent post.

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking applications to the role of Personal Assistant. This role is based in the Community Services Division and, working alongside the experienced members of that team, your role will be to provide secretarial support to our Senior Management Team.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an experienced personal assistant who is a strong team player, who is highly organised, and who has the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of people both within and outside the Trust. Your duties will include formal minute taking and production of formal reports and other correspondence. You will need strong IT skills to be successful in this role. Meetings/events are held across various community sites therefore some flexibility is required and a car driver would an advantage. The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
