Job summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate people professional who is highly experienced in delivering impactful organisational development and culture improvement at a senior level.
You will support the Assistant Director of OD at a strategic level to take forward inclusive leadership and people capability and lead transformational change programmes at pace.
An effective and compassionate leader, you will lead and supporting the People Development Team to deliver a modern learning & OD function that supports the Trust's future direction. The team is responsible for organisational & culture development, EDI, leadership and management development, library and knowledge services, appraisals, talent development, apprenticeships, clinical and non-clinical training delivery, e-learning, coaching and team development.

Main duties of the job
You will drive and influence large scale cultural and transformational work including OD diagnostic work and design, and will deliver and evaluate a range of innovative OD programmes and interventions across the Trust.
As a member of the Workforce and OD Directorate's senior management team you will contribute to the delivery, development and implementation of the Trust's People Plan and be responsible for achieving results against this plan.
You will work in partnership with Divisional HR Business Managers and members of the OD Service to deliver first class and seamless support to divisional management teams to help them deliver their workforce and OD agendas, continue to improve staff experience and promote a positive learning culture.
You will also work with Trust partners across the Bolton locality to support the Team Bolton People & Culture Programme.
