Job summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen on Ward H2 Respiratory at Salford Care Organisation. H2 is a 25 bedded ward providing care for Respiratory Patients .
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Housekeeper to provide efficient support and play an important role in working together with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the patients receive safe, clean and personal care every time.
You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise across multi agencies and multi-disciplinary departments.
Experience of working with the general public is essential.
The ability to work independently and adapt to an environment of changing priorities is an essential component to consistently facilitate a patient focused approached.

Main duties of the job
This role includes the undertaking of daily organisation, maintaining stock levels, providing meals to the patients and cleanliness of the environment, maintenance of equipment and the general housekeeping of the unit.It is essential that you are able to work in an orderly and systematic manner, possess good literacy, IT, numeracy, communication and organisational skills.
You should have a caring attitude, as well as the ability to work effectively under direction as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will be working with a fantastic and supportive team who will be happy to assist you as settle within the team.
