REACHE Tutor Administrator Assistant

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the REACHE Team with administration support.

This is a 6 month fixed term role to provide administration support to the REACHE Team.

Main duties of the job

  • Act as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, using judgement to establish priority and direct calls or messages appropriately.

  • Acknowledge emails, disseminate information, and escalate issues to the relevant person as required.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of monthly teaching delivered by internal and external tutors.

  • Prepare, schedule, and attend meetings when required, including taking and distributing minutes.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems in line with Trust policies.

  • Any work reasonably requested by REACHE leads.

  • Provide administrative support to the applications team.
