Main duties of the job
As a Staff Nurse, you will:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a designated group of patients in line with established care pathways.

Be a named care provider and work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Support and supervise junior staff, students, and unregistered colleagues.

Play an active role in the education and assessment of learners, providing mentorship and supervision where required.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multi-disciplinary team
