Main duties of the job

Become a Leading Force in Outpatient Care as Ward Manager!

As Ward Manager, you will be the cornerstone of effective managerial and clinical leadership within our Outpatient Department. Your role is pivotal in setting the standard--serving as a role model and a source of nursing expertise and specialist knowledge.

You will ensure your team consistently delivers exceptional, patient-centred care, adhering to all local and trust policies, guidelines, and best practices. Your leadership will inspire excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and uphold the high standards that define our commitment to quality healthcare.
