Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bed Management Support Team Administrator to join us to provide support to the Site Management Team.
You will also be responsible for gathering information for Oldham CareOrganisation. To be a central point of contact for NCA, NWAS, ICB's and any other agency involved in bed capacity issues on the Oldham site.
This job is a part time position covering shifts across a 7 day rota
Main duties of the job
As a key member of the Site Management Team your main duties will be:
Receiving telephone calls from internal and external providers
Monitoring bed management email inbox
Compose and distribute reports to be shared with relevant parties
Contact other sites for patients requiring repatriation
Assisting other members of the Site Management Team
