Job summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual, who will work as part of the team, providing a high level of administrative support to the clinical and secretarial team.

You must possess good communication skills; have the ability to effectively work as part of a team, use your own initiative, proven organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.

You will be an integral member of the team, working in a rewarding environment. This key role will involve coordinating of emails and incoming calls to the service and will assist in the day-to-day administration workload ensuring that the highest standards are maintained in line with the Trust's policies and procedures.

There are 2 posts available, 1 full time 37.5 hours and the other part time 21.00 hours.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for effective administration duties, booking patient appointments, call handling,email coordination and other administrative duties.

You must have previous office based experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You must possess good communication skills; have the ability to effectively work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, proven organisational skills and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
