Job summary
The post holder will act as a HCPC Registered Biomedical Scientist to participate in and develop the scientific and technical activities of the department, while being responsible for the standard and quality of results issued. You will maintain competence through CPD and act as a mentor and provide supervision/training for more junior scientific and support staff. You will deputise for more senior staff, as and when required. The post includes participation in the out of hours services at Salford (it is anticipated that in the future, duties could include work based at any of the sites within PAWS or the Northern Care Alliance).
