Join Our Team: Community Midwives Positions Available
The NCA is excited to announce openings for midwives to join our friendly and supportive community midwifery team. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care within the full spectrum of community midwifery services including the provision of intrapartum care at home and our alongside midwifery led birth centre.

Main duties of the job
We are recruiting dedicated midwives to provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care within community settings and on the alongside midwifery led birth centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality midwifery care during antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods in the community, ensuring the highest standard of care for women and their families through efficient use of available resources
- Promote equality, diversity, and rights for women and families throughout their care journey
- Assess the health and wellbeing needs of women and babies, particularly when those needs are complex
