Main duties of the job
Are you ready to be an essential part of a supportive Midwifery Team, dedicated to nurturing the wellbeing of mothers, birthing people, and their babies? Here's your chance to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough clinical assessments of maternal and fetal well-being, both over the phone and in person. Your keen insight will ensure that every woman receives the individualised care she deserves
- Immediate Care: Step into action by providing prompt clinical support to women and birthing people in need, ensuring they feel safe and cared for throughout their experience
- Personalised Care Plans: Plan, implement, and evaluate immediate and ongoing care strategies that promote the health and wellness of mothers, their babies, and families. Your expertise will guide families as they embark on this incredible journey
- Expert Advice: Offer compassionate advice and support to women, birthing people, and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and reassurance they need during this special time
