Main duties of the job
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Community Diagnostic Centre team in the Northern Care Alliance. As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with the unit manager and support the CDC main hub and Endoscopy unit. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a high-quality experience for patients and their families, fostering a safe and effective environment within the centre.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the unit manager to cover clinics within the CDC main hub and the Endoscopy unit
- Provide exceptional patient care across various pathways, including:
- Cancer diagnostic services
- Naso-endoscopy clinics
- Routine scan appointments
- Utilize your clinical skills and judgment to make informed decisions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient pathways
