The part you play
We are looking for enthusiastic Health Care Support Workers who are willing to get stuck in and hit the ground running.
You'll be someone who works well under pressure, is a great team player as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently when needed. You'll be someone who truly understands the need for care, consideration and respect for our patients but also applies these qualities to your team members.
A 'can do' attitude and determination to be flexible and embrace change to deliver the best patient care is essential as well as a desire to grow and improve our ever growing service.
Your communication skills will be second to none, working collaboratively with patients, relatives/carers and Colleagues to help plan a safe and seamless journey home.

This role requires you to work a variety of shifts over a 24 hour period including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Unfortunately, this role does not meet the criteria required to qualify for sponsorship.
