Job summary
We are pleased to offer a full time Band 5 Corporate Governance Officer role to support the Chief Officer at the Bury Integrated Delivery Collaborative and work in conjunction with the Bury Care Organisation senior management team in all aspects of corporate governance.
Main duties of the job
To provide direct administrative support to the Integrated Delivery Collaborative and Integrated Care Board and sub-groups of Bury Care Organisation Senior Management Team, that ensures fulfilment of the approved terms of reference.
To support the maintenance and ongoing development of the Integrated Delivery Collaborative Risk Register - to ensure key risks, and associated controls, assurances and action plans, relevant to the achievement of the principal objectives are adequately recorded and archived.
Provide support to key corporate governance arrangements, working closely with the Head of Corporate Governance, BCO and Head of Programmes, IDC, contributing to the on-going development of standardised, high quality and corporate governance arrangements jointly across Bury Care Organisation and Integrated Delivery Collaborative.
