Our dedicated team of around 20,000 staff delivers healthcare excellence to over one million people across Salford, Oldham, Rochdale and Bury, as well as providing more specialist services to patients from Greater Manchester and beyond.
Our patients and service users receive a range of integrated health and social care services in their home or in their community or may be treated and cared for in one of our four hospitals - Salford Royal Hospital, The Royal Oldham Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary or Fairfield General Hospital in Bury. Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide leadership and direction on the performance and improvement agenda, to develop and coordinate operational performance strategies, plans and activities to enable delivery of the Board annual plan and our Vision 10.
This post offers an opportunity to work closely with all of our NCA leaders and partners in Place, harmonising approaches, ideas and different ways of working to continuously deliver high standards, improving our Performance, our quality of care and making best use of ourresources.

- Proven experience and ability in managing operational performance with tight financial constraints demonstrating effective budget management
- Experience of capacity planning and translating organisation strategy and vision into operational objectives.
