Job summary
An opportunity has become available within the Dermatology Team for a permanent post within the Validation Team. The successful applicant will support the Service Management Team in delivering all access targets and to provide support to improve service delivery.
The role is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills further and undertake training to have a greater understand of the full operational role of service management and service delivery, which will include development of staff management skills. You will be supported by the service management team and be responsible to the Support Manager.
Main duties of the job
You will have administration experience, be conversant with Microsoft office packages and have excellent communication skills. You will have proven organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative and adapt to an environment of changing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. You will also be able to organise and prioritise your own workload and balance this with the demands of this diverse and varied role. An understanding and knowledge of organisational targets, 18 week RTT principles and coding, clinic management and a strong commitment to personal and professional development are required.
