An exciting opportunity has arisen, for a motivated and enthusiastic Research Assistant with proven research experience to join our Gastroenterology Research Delivery Team, supporting recruitment to Gastro trials within the Bury Care Organisation at Fairfield General Hospital and Rochdale Infirmary.

Main duties of the job
The Research Teams throughout the NCA currently support Neurology, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Cardiology, Audiology, Microbiology, Metabolic medicine, Rheumatology, Urology, Surgery, Oncology, Diabetes and Renal; the research portfolio is continually evolving and by engaging new Investigator's we are diversifying into new therapeutic areas.
We are looking for a motivated and effective communicator with a 'can do' attitude and an eye for detail; they will need to take ownership and delivery of their work with a desire to develop their research skills. You should be organised/able to prioritise and demonstrate initiative, within the ethically approved confines of the protocol and Good Clinical Practice; able to thrive on challenges and be an effective problem solver.
