Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administrator to play an important role, dedicated to ensuring excellent standards of care to our patients within our community Bladder and Bowel Service.
You will provide comprehensive and confidential office administration including supporting all functions of the Team. You will provide assistance to the Service Leads and Nursing/Clinical Teams and will work collaboratively with other administrative colleagues and support staff.
You will possess excellent communication skills, along with a keen eye for attention to detail. Confidence and compassion are essential to the role.
Main duties of the job
You will work within a team of highly skilled and motivated staff where patient focus is our priority.
We strive to ensure our patient, family and carers receive an excellent experience . The role is both exciting and challenging where team working is essential and initiative is paramount.
You will provide and receive routine information, both internally and externally on behalf of the team, ensuring that urgent business is dealt with appropriately. This will include accepting and managing referral requests and effectively managing queries and messages. Patient Centre and EPR knowledge is essential, along with being able to generate reports and spreadsheets for data collection purposes.
The post holder is required to ensure to present a positive and professional image of themselves and of the service to all agencies at all times
