Job summary
Bury Care Organisation are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to provide an effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to a team of Admin and Clerical Staff.
The role will involve the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services requiring clear communication and liaison skills. They will be responsible for managing and prioritising their own workload and will be required to use their own initiative.
You will have responsibility for line managing any lower band clerical staff assigned to you, including reception staff and will be required to work as part of a team at accident and emergency. In addition to this, the post holder will be expected to cross cover for the A&E Tracker Team Leader during periods of staff absence.
