Our values of People Focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence- PRIDE- are important to us and here's how they relate to our work and to this role:

  • As a busy unit, our patients are at the heart of everything we do and being focused on delivering the quality of care that our service users expect is vital in this role. • You will work as part of a busy team, and respect and integrity are an essential part of the ethos of working together that drives our unit. This is a busy role with varying demands, so building an effective rapport with colleagues and being ready to take their guidance and offer your support will be really important.
  • Our maternity unit is committed to offering the best possible care to our service users and their families, and this requires dedication from all our staff, and this role will be no exception.

We will expect you to share our passion for achieving excellence in the care of our patients. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the general cleanliness and tidiness of the unit, which includes actioning any issues detected during Trust audits.
