**14 month Fixed Term Contract - Apprenticeship**
We welcome applications from individuals wishing to become an Apprentice and gain experience in the NHS. You will develop new skills and knowledge whilst working with an established team gaining valuable work experience and a recognised apprenticeship qualification.You will be enrolled with a local education provider and will be required to complete your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard qualification within the duration of the placement.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a member of a small admin team and will provide an essential first point of contact between the hospital, patients and their relatives, and all other healthcare professionals. They will deal efficiently and effectively with direct and indirect patient contact.
They will have responsibility for the administration of clinics. They will monitor patient waiting lists and will provide professional reception duties. The post holder will be required to meet & greet the patients, prepping of upcoming patients & track patient notes and be able to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
General working days to include Monday to Friday.
We are looking for cover 5 days per week.
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
