**Fixed term contract/ Secondment opportunity until 31/03/2026**
Dermatology Out-patients is a friendly dynamic team, we provide general, surgical and nurse-led clinics across multiple sites. This post would predominantly be based at Norfolk & Norwich Hospital, though there is an expectation for occasional working in other sites where dermatology operates clinics. We have a nurse led clinic service at Cromer Hospital and there may occasionally be a need for ad-hoc shifts at Cromer.
Previous dermatology nursing experience is essential for this post, being lead nurse.

Main duties of the job
You will lead and work as part of the Department team, providing professional leadership and management within the work environment. The post holder will be accountable and responsible for the standards of care provided within the department and for leading, supporting and implementing innovative practice.
You will provide direct patient care, demonstrating specialist knowledge and act as a resource and role model for the clinical team. To work in liaison with other Senior Nurses/Department Managers and the Associate Director of Nursing to implement service plans.
You will also support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence.
