Cley ward is a dynamic and well supported gynaecology and female surgical ward with a busy turnover of patients. We take our own direct emergency admissions, and we are committed to delivering the highest standard of patient care. The out-patient's department has a number of nurse led procedure clinics where you will work alongside a Specialist nurse of Dr to provide this vital service.

Main duties of the job
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the Nursing andMidwifery Council (NMC) register
- Completion of the Mentor Preparation Programme
- Post registration qualification relevant to the clinical area
- Work towards a health related degree
Knowledge and experience:
- Experience within women's health
- Experience within gynaecology, desirable
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform staff appraisals
- Organisational and time management skills
- Support and manage non-registered staff within both GOPD / EPAU
- Provide and promote a high standard of professional care at all times whilst upholding and influencing professional and Trust values
Shifts to include early, lates, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
