Job summary
The EPR Technical Administrator will work with the EPR Technical team and across the Norfolk & Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC) to support the development and implementation of the integrated Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. The focus of this role will be on managing and implementing technical aspects related to servers, printers, and weblinks.
The postholder will collaborate with technical, operational, and clinical leads from across the Trusts, as well as the EPR provider and third-party partners, to ensure safe and effective deployment of these technical components.

Main duties of the job
1. Manage the planning and implementation of all activities related to printers, print servers, and weblinks for each Expanse application as defined by the design, build, and test (DBT) team and the EPR supplier.
2. Work closely with technical colleagues at the Trusts and DBT teams to ensure requirements are identified, agreed upon, and delivered on time.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure compliance with cyber security, clinical safety, and information governance.
4. Support the wider technical team in managing planned changes or outages, ensuring system performance and availability are not compromised.
5. Act as a role model in demonstrating the values and behaviours of the NWAHC, fostering an inclusive and compassionate culture.
