Job summary
The Facilities Management Team are responsible for providing the contract management interface between the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust and our principal contract service providers.
The Team manages NNUH PFI contract delivered by Serco including security, car parking, cleaning, catering, portering, linen, waste, and grounds (Soft FM).
Measurement and reporting of service performance is a responsibility of both Hard and Soft FM teams and is conducted daily using the performance criteria agreed for each service.
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with an eye for accuracy and good judgement skills to join the Estates and Facilities Team as a Monitoring Officer.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day Soft FM monitoring (from planning, completing to recording the results), providing administration support within the team and helping to identify improvement opportunities.
The role will require working closely with customers and is a great opportunity for an open minded individual to establish, build and maintain good working relationships.

- Recording test results using various electronic logbook systems and production of test reports, following company quality procedures.
