**Fixed term contract/ secondment opportunity until 31/03/2025**
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated administrator to join the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital working in conjunction with the neighbouring Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn and James Paget University Hospital in Great Yarmouth as Diagnostic Assessment Centres (DAC) Operations Administrator within the DAC Programme.The postholder will work together with the Operations Workstream Lead as part of the programme office and will be an integral member of the team providing a full clerical and administrative role, together with some small project tasks under the workstream leads guidance.
This is a fixed term post till 31st March 2025 and due to the short nature of the contract the successful candidate must be available to start work immediately.
Main duties of the job
Provide full clerical administrative support to the DAC Operations Workstream Lead, acting as a point of contact for them via email, filtering, prioritising and dealing with problems, questions or queries.
To draft and send out agendas, take formal minutes, collate and manage actions.
Assist in transcribing and formatting newly developed documents and onward management to each Trust for approval and implementation.
Manage document database and other spreadsheets related to management of the project.
