Main duties of the job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Nurse to join our team on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
We are a regional level 3 intensive care unit with 42 cots, caring for the smallest and sickest babies across East Anglia.
As part of our multidisciplinary team you will be involved and supported in providing a high standard of family centered care to the smallest patients within the hospital. In this unique clinical area we offer a full induction program. This is led by our dedicated practice development team and will incorporate least 6 weeks supernumerary time, working alongside our experienced team members.
As a member of the NICU nursing team it is expected that you will undertake further training to gain the qualification of being 'Qualified in Specialty' which will be fully supported by the unit.
