Job summary

NNUH are pleased to be recruiting for Admin & Clerical staff, to join our Temporary Staffing Register, to support our teams in a variety of roles across the Trust. You will be able to work flexibly around your other commitments and there are opportunities to carry out this work at our hospital sites or to work remotely from home.

This advert is for Band 2, Band 3 and Band 4 temporary Administration staff to join the NNUH. If successful, you will be appointed initially at Band 2 (unless there is an immediate placement available at a higher band) and the Booking team will support you with finding a placement. If a placement at a higher band becomes available and suits your experience/skill set, you will have that band added to your account.

Depending on the work available at the time of all your recruitment checks being completed, the types of roles we often have available are:

  • Recruitment/HR/Finance Administrators

Experience working within the NHS is desirable but not essential.

If successful, once your recruitment checks are complete, we will pass your details over to the Booking Desk team who will send you details of available work.
